Salon Policies

Cancellation policy requires a minimum 24-hour notice for a single service, or a 48-hour notice for multiple services in order to avoid incurring charges.
No Charges will be posted until your visit, at which time you may select another payment option if desired.
Please be considerate of other patrons and keep cell phones off or silenced while in the salon.
Client wraps are available for all chemical and spa services. Tranquility is not responsible for damaged clothing.
All chemical services are guaranteed only when Bumble & Bumble salon products are used.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
